How can I identify a target in Phonegap build?

Good Evening,

After the recent change in phonegap obligating users to include a config.xml in source files, I cannto build the same target. In other words, to be more clear, I have a program called Proteus that has a Sqlite database. Everytime I built a new version, the Android system replaced to the new version through the new apk file. But after this change in phonegap, the apk installed generated a new program. Now I have two Proteus running, the recent one without database access. How can I build and identify the last program insted of creating a new one in Android?? How can I identify the last built when compiling through Phonegap as before?
