How to create equivalent encryption in SQLite database in C# and Android

In my android app I'm creating SQLite database, and in a desktop application in c# I'm creating the same database to be pushed at the sdcard to be used in this Android application. My problem is that I have to implement some kind of encryption that match in both plataforms.

Can anyone help me?
