How to find releated titles in sqlite

In some websites there is an option of related news/articles. Is there anyway we can find out related records from sqlite. For example:

Records

1. what a pleasant day to go

2. night is pleasant to go

3. days and nights both are pleasant to go

And if user search "this day is pleasant" we can able to show him both 1 and 3 from records.
