Opening .DB file

I need help opening a .DB file that is not SQLite type.

I need them for the place I am actually working and opening them would allow me to make a program that can update them from an excel file. They are created by a software for radio station streaming. One of them should have the extra info of the songs imported in the software (Producer, Music, Lyrics, Country,Label,Band).
