Reading a GAMS (text) file into Database

I have a problem to read a Gams file (text file) into the database. The output file of GAMS looks like this: Gams

I want the 4th column to be my xij-value.

The code in the controller looks like this: Code

When I open my Database in SqlLite Browser the xij column is empty...

Any suggestions?
