Save the contents of a website in datebase

hi I want to copy one website article in my db ....

it has lot of content for example this web page : http://www.recipe.com/

i want a method to give articles and putting up in my offline db ....

for example : http://ift.tt/1YVs050

ingredients in ingredients table...

directions in recipe table ....

how can i do it without manual copy paste......?
