Which best way SharedPreference or SQLite for save cookie data in Android

I create App like Social network with WebView. User session id saved in cookie. I'm getting session id from cookie for Notification. But notification in Service class. Which best way SharedPreferences or SQLite DB for save cookie value and access it in service? And why?
