Can not create class-file

I am working with database and created myDb.sqlite file in SQLiteMan in mozilla.

The problem is that When I am trying to paste my myDb.sqlite to assets folder in Android Studio, it gives me error dialog with below message :

Can not create class-file.

I have also tried by changing name of my .sqlite file but, no benefit.

What might be the Problem ?
