Delphi - [dcc32 Fatal Error] F2039 Could not create output file '.\Win32\Debug\Project1.exe'

I am using TSQLConnection, TSQLQuery and have set TSQLConnection Driver to connect to SQLite.

Things are working fine but after a few compilations Delphi IDE is not able to overwrite the executable and its gives relevant message ([dcc32 Fatal Error] F2039 Could not create output file '.\Win32\Debug\Project1.exe') at times and at other times it just gives a cryptic error message and hangs. I have to End Task the IDE and restart it again.

What must be the problem?

How can I solve this?
