Error using SQLit in c#

I have a program which uses sqlit database the program runs fine while debuggin from VS2015 but as I make its exe file --> install and try to run it shows error:

I used finiser.SQlit in my program link

I basically copyed and pasted the dll files in bin --> Debug folder and then added refrence to the SQLite. NET .dll file full process is given in this link

The program runs fine in debuggin but when i make msi and run it it show above error. Q)What would be the best location to put the dll file for using it? Any help would be appricitable.
