Access Android SQLite database in real time (Debug)

I use IntelliJ IDEA and it's Database tool to Debug my app. However, sometimes I delete my database but the tool keeps returning Queries with the old data, even when there is no database file. I think IntelliJ IDEA keeps the data on cache, I don't know, but this mess up my Testing.

There is another tool that can give me more info about the smartphone's sqlite database in real time or someway to force IntelliJ IDEA to check the data on the phone correctly?
