Java taking data from excel file

Hello guys currently im working on a school project which is about creating a mathtool for latex and its in Java Lang. I got lots of buttons and when i press the button f.e in the text line it must take the data from the excel sheet then must write it to the text_field. Is there anyone who has knowledge about this stuff. My excel file has rows and collumns so the method has to be like this public void readData(int i, int j){} for each button im planning to implement this method so can anyone help me with ths.Thank you so much
