Search Menu with option A,B,C with sqlite database

i want a make some menu search . But i want make search with option (radio button , checkbox or etc) and with sqlite databse. So before press button go for search data, user must choice option and then press button go. Result so after press go. And i want search by number (price). Anyone can teach me or can give me some example . I search in google ,search menu just in action bar. Thank you .
