sqlite database _ sqlite browser database file guide

I need a possible solution to implement this. I developing an android app, with sqlite database. I need to have predefined data. The content is supposed to be defined by me. So I was planning to use Sqlitebrowser to insert data in a db file. the db file I'll pull out from the emulator.(file directory of the device )don't prefer to do with code. I want to use that database file for my Android app. What are the steps to be taken to achieve this ?
