SQLite database with Android - Real time

I am creating an Android app using Android Studio that takes values from an SQLite database (which changes in real time) and plots a graph (AndroidPlot). How is the database synced with the device, given that it must be accessible remotely (using internet)? I cannot hard code the database name into the Java code since the former is dynamic in nature.
