adb sqlite quote issue

Have some problem with this .bat

C:\adb.exe shell su -c "sqlite3 /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db 'update secure set value=22ddss2 where _id=25; .exit'"

Error: unrecognized token: "22ddss2"

when I'm trying to do like this : value='22ddss2' have the same error. Can some one help me with this?
