How can i update sqlite table row,after insert or replace operation performed on it?

Am getting data insert or replace queries from server once they performed on my db tables ,am unable to update those table row data.

What is the problem in this.

with out insert/replace queries performing on that record i am able perform updation.But after that i cant be possible to update.
