How to convert Berkley DB to sqlite3 and what are the differences between the two?

We have an urgent requirement of migrating from Berkley DB database to sqlite3 database. I have researched and found that there are minimal differences and migration of software can be done easily.

I need to convert from Berkley db to sqlite3, is there any tutorial that shows how to do it? And if I migrate correctly what to expect as I start the project?
