Show me the direction of how to make quiz app? (Android)

Hi guys I'm new on Java programming, I've just made 2 apps, and now I want to start a third one. It will be quiz app where user has to type right answer in a free space and if he types the right answer he get a point.

I see it like I have to create possible choices and put it in database. When the user type the answer it compares it with possible choices, and if they match he get a point.

Ps.This is my version and I'm vaguely imagine how to realize it...
