sqlite database dropes or loses the tables when application runs for second time

Hi i am developing an android application which uses sqlite database i have created the database in sqlite browser and then pulled it to the database folder of my application it creates automatically the android_metadata table with local feild in first time it worked perfectly but when i run the application for second time they gives an error massage says there is no table of this name if any one have experienced such a problem plz shar. i tried again to and created the database but it doesn't works I am pulling database file from device and pushing to the device via pull push button of DDMS
