Updating static database from GTFS data?

So I have an application in android that uses a static database that I created from a GTFS file using SQLite. I just accessed the website where I got the GTFS from and saw that it's been updated. How can I automatically update my database (which was manually created) from the GTFS file that's on the website? Any ideas/comments/suggestions are appreciated!
