Which is the reliable databse for Swift applications for iOS?Is realm or SQLite or Coredata the reliable

I am studying to implement the databases in Swift.But I need to know databases which can handle records in thousands .Is "realm" a good database to shift for Swift programming or we must prefer SQLite or Core Data
