core data/sqlite/ online parse

I am trying to have a database that consist of two string columns and one array column. I want to hard code this data into the app and then retrieve it on a label and buttons.

I saw that parse could do this but now they are gone and I can't find any information about how to just hard code the data only information on getting and saving from the user.
