(Android) SQlite: how to create a database (image recognition like camfind) with my own pictures(20-30)?

Good day. Can you please explain, how can I create my server side database or SQlite database with (20-30 photoes) in Android? I need image recognition system like camfind, but with my own photoes. User will take a picture, save in gallery. Share by bitmap json method, and sending it's request by web. Server will compare a new picture with database (20-30 photoes), and then give similar result to user. If it possible please give link what should I read. Thank you
