Mono Sqlite error when compiling

I'm trying to compile code on my rpi2 I ran

$ dmcs *.cs -L ./ -r:Newtonsoft.Json.dll -r:Dapper.dll -r:System.Data.dll -r:Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll

and got the error

error CS0006: Metadata file `Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll' could not be found

I can't figure it out. I installed apt-get install mono-devel libmono-2.0-dev and libmono-sqlite2.0-cil/libmono-sqlite4.0-cil among others I still get the error
