How to update local data base (data from serial port) c# Windows forms

I have problem. In my visual studio project I have 2 data grid's

As you can see one is for receiving data from serial port and another is for displaying database table. I need somehow run cell change event or something similar. I mean I need serial port data row after row from port dgv to database dgv. But what i'm finding if i'm binding dgv to database I can't import data to database. Now my question is how to insert, update .... from port dgv to database and display in real time in database dgv. There is link to my visual studio project: http://ift.tt/1NfBLKd
