Dynamic view creation and Dynamic table creation- Android

How to create dynamic database table in SQLite

Can someone just give me a hint for the below questions just like hints in this and this from the same question.

My Questions:

1. How to create those UP button,DOWN button and Edit Text field when the + is clicked


2. How to remove the buttons(up,down and edit text ) from the view when the Delete button is pressed ?


3. How to get text from the those text fields that are created dynamically ?

Note: I do not need the code help but only a hint and I will take it from there.
