Emulator vs Real device testing in android

i am working with SQLite database. i am facing a problem that when i run the app on emulator the app works pretty good but when i run the same app on real device the app does not update some contents(TextView) that fetched from Sqlite DB. Any kind of response will be highly appreciated. Thanks
