flask with apscheduler using sqlite

I have installed flask with apscheduler in background mode to make a process scheduler controlled by web. When I use default jobstore in memory all works fine: the jobs start when is supossed. But when I switch to sqlite jobstore I see the troubles coming. The jobs sometimes start and sometimes not.

Is there any issue relative to this config?
