How to analyze the *.fcpevent file, It is actually a sqlite files? And how to calc the file size?

I have one file created by the final cut pro, the file extends is .fcpevent. I use winhex to analyze it, i found it is actually a sqlite file. But i didn't know the difference between the .db files. And how to get the file size by analyze the files? Anybody help me?
