Reload application data as soons as the app comes back into foreground

With « App groups », I’ve shared the same .sqilte between two apps. Now, I have an issue to synchronized of data when the app A adds a recording and afterwards, app B comes back to foreground but doesn't retrieve the last recordings of the App A.
