SQLite Manager Not Updating When I Import A File

This is the first database I have tried to do. I am running into a problem with the Manager. The data it is showing in old data from one of my first runs. The tables I added are missing and the column names, which i changed in later runs, are the original names. Is this data not changing? Or is there some way to update the Manager every time i transfer files?
