Using Word Template ad DB content to create pdf in Xcode

I am looking for a way to use a word template and content stored in db (sqlite) to generate a pdf in Xcode.

Ideally, the word doc, contain the layout and variable names the program would browse db and replace variables with right content finally the word is converted into pdf And all this needs to work in Xcode All help would be greatly appreciated
