Cannot load underlying module for 'SQLite'

I am attempting to load the SQLite module using the Manual installation instructions on Github (http://ift.tt/1pVlNmM), and when I try to import SQLite, it returns an error "Cannot load underlying module for 'SQLite'". I'm trying to figure out if I installed something incorrectly, or if there's something incompatible with SQLite and my system.

I'm running XCode 6.4, and I downloaded the latest version of SQLite.

I would post a screenshot of my Build Phases, but it seems I'm not allowed to do that yet.
