How I can fix this error android device monitor?

I'm just trying to extract a file extention SQLite who believes in my application , I was watching some tutorials and tell me I devo enter the android device monitor icon that is predisposed in the IDE , clicking on the button this screen appears : enter image description here

I recommended to enter this route: C: \ Users \ Michael \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ sdk \ tools \ lib \ monitor - x86_64 And run as administrator monitor .exe file which returns me the same screen.

Monitor.exe to open the file that is in the path C: \ Users \ Michael \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ sdk \ tools \ lib \ x86 - monitor displays me this screen: enter image description here

only that this is an executable for a 32-bit architecture and my operating system is windows 7 ultimate 64 bits and this screen does not display me the application files .

I want to know how I can correct this error IDE to remove the SQLite file my application . Please 'm not expert on the subject so I beg me to explain in as much detail as possible what I do . Thank you :) My studio is android version 1.0 also do not know if that has something to do , I've decided to keep this version that the latest 1.5 I caused many conflicts in my projects.
