How to change library version in xcode?

this error comes while running in actual device. Its successfully running in xcode simulator but showing library error in actual device.

I have iphone 4s running ios 7.1.2 and in my xcode its 9.1. Libabry in xcode is libsqlite3.tbd for ios 9.1 and my phone having 7.1.2 ios.
