Sequelize + sqlite. How create a transaction EXCLUSIVE

i have to create a transaction with the EXCLUSIVE behaviour with sequelize ORM and sqlite db. The sqlite doc shows that sqlite supports this type of behaviour. How can i create a transaction with this behaviour? Thanks in advance
