SQLite Browser Storing Image

I am have a problem concerning SQLite browser, i am not sure how to add an image to a BLOB field before i export the database if possible.

I am using SQLite browser and have designated a field to store a image in as BLOB type which is believe is necessary to store images. However i am not sure how to insert a image in the SQLite browser, the plan is to create a database then export the SQL file into my android application and load a populated database.

So to sum up, how do i add a image to a BLOB field in SQLite browser?
