Android Studio - Existing Database

since I'm new at AS, I still don't use DataBases, and I've been trying to learn it, but the tutorials I have found on internet are about how to actually create your DB, using code. In my project, I just need to get the information of a pre existing DataBase that the user won't be able to delete, or add nothing. Like prices of different cars. Can anyone help me? I'd like to create it and then get the information inside it though code. For example, assuming it was by a txt file, I'd just have: mercedez 25000 camaro 15000

and so i'd just get the information inside it using normal access codes of dataBase, wich are easy to find. To sum it up, I need to pre create my DataBase and then access it though code. I don't know nothing about MySql or whataver, easy to notice that looking at my txt example (I have always coded in C/C++) Since I don't know much, poiting a good tutorial would me enough for me, thank you very much.
