How to Send local sqlite data to mysql automatically when internet connection is detected in android [on hold]

Hi I have developed an android app in that I'm storing some data in local sqlite file,But I need to send the data to mysql without any action or event to happen.It should send all the tables data to mysql whenever Internet is detected. Please help me to achieve this
