Can you creating Mapping files for a sqlite database so don't have to use annotations

I have several c# objects which are being stored in a sqlite db in our Xamarin project but because they have List<> properties I can a error. I could reference sqlite in our core so can use the [Ignore] data attribute but as that core is shared with the web project also it would be cleaner if we could have some sort of mapping file similar to you can do with fluent nhibernate.
