Good and lightweight db for java desktop app? [on hold]

I am working on a opensource POS app in java,Please suggest me a database for java desktop apps which will be lightweight and also which i can make it online on cloud in future with ease.It should support sql and must be lightweight.Please suggest from the following ones or any other whichever which u know will be good for my work Java DB,sqlite,mysql,ms access etc.
