How make seach telephone number in my SQLite DB whithout standard SearchView (Android)

I have DB stopdolg.db. TABLE_NAME = "contacts", COL_NUMBER = "number".

The program's purpose: for an incoming call compares incoming number with those recorded in the SQLite database, if the matches found - the number is blocked. how to implement software features matching numbers?
