How to open a .db file from a S-VDR Extraction

I have here a CD containing .DB file from a ship. And there's a note on the CD "S-VDR Extraction part1". I already installed SQLite Browser to open the file but in can't open the file the message always "invalid file format"

I believe it is a "Voyage Data Recorder" file.

Anyone can help me with this one. thanks!
