JConsole or VisualVM equivalent tool for C# (.NET) for measuring performance

I am searching a free tool for measuring performance for our APIs in C# (.NET). Tool that is equally good as JConsole or VisualVM.

We have custom multi-threaded scripts written in java for measuring the performance of our APIs. Once this sample starts we monitor the process for measuring the performance using JConsole or VisualVM.

I wanna do the same in my C# multi-threaded sample.

Any better suggestions will help.
