Sqlite Application in Windows Phone 8.1

I am new at windows mobile I want to create a data base appliction using sqlite. My operating system is 64 bit. but my WP application is 32 bit. my sqlite3 open function put exception file not found... I am realy sorry in advance if my question could not explain more...
