I want to export a MS-Access database to local server And then retrive the information in Android Database?

I have a Microsoft Access Database which I need to sync with Android Device. The database is not updated much(i.e Once in a Month). Which type of server should be used to do this. Some link to example would be nice. Googling this for a day now.
